工学结合职业教育人才培养模式的研究与探索

以国外高等教育工学合作培养模式及我国高等教育产学研合作培养模式研究为背景,阐述了工学合作培养模式与产学研合作及传统教学实习的区别,分析了工学结合教育模式成为我国当前深化职业教育管理体制改革方向的原因,提出高职院校要转变办学模式,实现从传统的以学校为主向与企业合作、校企合作培养模式的转变,重点是要加大实践教学力度,采取灵活多样的学制,大力提倡工学结合。

The Investigation into Integration of Production and Teaching for Training Personnel Pattern in Vocational College

Based on the background of the integration of production, teaching and research in foreign countries and China, the paper elaborates the differences among the cooperation of production and teaching, production, teaching and research as well as the traditional teaching practice, analyzes why the pattern becomes the direction for deepening reform and management in vocational education, and proposes to change the pattern of running school, which is from the traditional school center to the integration of enterprise and school, then lays heavy stress on the practice teaching, flexible and diverse types of educational system. Therefore, the integration of production and teaching should be greatly promoted.
