摘    要:校本课程是新课程的一个重要生长点,它是与国家课程和地方课程相对应的课程板块,是由学校自主决定开发的,主要是为了满足国家课程和地方课程所不能满足的那部分学生需要。根据国家政策的规定,随着课程改革的不断深入,校本课程开发已成为改革的重点,它要求教师改变角色意识,更新角色行为,重塑角色形象,真正成为学生发展的服务者。

Abstract:School-based curriculum is an important point of growth in the new curriculum.It is a corresponding block to the local and national curriculum,which is self-determined in the school and mostly meets the needs of the students who can't be sufficed with the local and national curriculum.With the gradual deep reforms of curricular,school-based curriculum has already been developed into the keystone of the reforms according to the provision of national policies.It demands that teachers should change the consciousness,update the behaviors and remold the visualization of the role.It also demands that teachers should become the service people for the students.
