刚柔耦合多体系统的冲击响应分析方法及应用研究

摘    要:利用多体系统传递矩阵法建立了刚柔耦合多体系统的动力学模型,并且将冲量模型和碰撞接触模型与多体系统传递矩阵法结合,提出了基于传递矩阵法的刚柔耦合多体系统的冲击响应分析方法。根据柯西方程推导出系统中的柔性梁在冲击载荷作用下的冲击应力分布公式。以某型汽车起重机为例分析了在起吊过程中的冲击载荷特点,计算了该刚柔耦合多体系统的冲击响应及柔性梁的冲击应力分布规律,并与试验结果对比,证实了该方法的正确性。

Abstract:Abstract: Dynamical model of multi-rigid-flexible system is established with transfer matrix method of system in this paper. Further more, both impulse model and contacting impact model are integrated with transfer matrix method of system. And then an approach, which is based on transfer matrix method of system, to analyzing impact response of multi-rigid-flexible system is developed. Next, the formulae of impact stress in fexilble beam under impact load is established by using Cauchy’s formulae. The characteristic of impact load to a crane on the condition of lifting freight is analyzed. Lastly, both impact response of the multi-rigid-flexible system and impact stress of flexible beam are solved. Calculative results accord to testing results, which proves that the approach developed in this paper is right.
