中国省域科技创新与生态环境协调发展的时空特征

以中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)为研究对象,构建了科技创新与生态环境综合评价指标体系,采用变异系数法和协调发展度模型,实证测算了2009—2013年中国省域科技创新与生态环境协调发展度并分析了其时空特征。结果表明:中国省域整体科技创新综合发展水平明显滞后于生态环境综合发展水平,且中、西部地区和东北地区的所有省份均属于科技创新滞后型;科技创新与生态环境协调发展度总体偏低且变化平稳,但考察期内不同省份存在明显的时间分异,并呈现出显著的"东高、中西低"的空间分布格局。

Spatial-temporal Characteristics of Coordinated Development between Technological Innovation and Ecological Environment at Province Level in China

Taking China's 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) as the research object,and constructing the comprehensive evaluation index systems for technological innovation and ecological environment,this paper calculates provincial coordinated development degrees between technological innovation and ecological environment in China from 2009 to 2013 by using the variation coefficient method and coordination degree model, and empirically studies the spatial-temporal features of it.The results show as follows:the whole provincial comprehensive development level of technological innovation in China lags behind that of ecological environment,and those of all provinces in central and western and northeast regions belong to technological innovation lag;the coordinated development degree between innovation of technological and ecological environment are low and stable in generally,and takes on a significant spatial distribution pattern of "east high and middle west low",and different provinces had obvious time difference in study period.
