| 摘 要： | 目的:研究祁州漏芦水提物和醇提物的降血脂活性的差异。方法:采用75%蛋黄乳造模的小鼠高脂血症模型,以小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)为指标研究漏芦醇提液和水提液的降脂作用的差异。结果:与模型组相比,漏芦醇提液低剂量组和漏芦水提取液高剂量组小鼠TC、TG和LDL-C的水平显著降低(P0.05),漏芦水提取液低剂量组小鼠HDL-C(P0.01)的水平有极显著升高。结论:漏芦水提液的降脂作用优于漏芦醇提液的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effect of ethanol extract and water extract of Rhaponticum plasma lipoproteins. Methods：Establishing hyperlipoidemia mice model by intraperitoneal injection uniflorum on reducing of 75% egg - yolk e- mulsion. The levels of TG, TC, LDL - C and HDL - C were examined to study the effects of Rhaponticum uniflorum （ L. ） on Blood. Results ： TC, TG and LDL - C levels in the higherer dose of ethanol extract group and the lower dose of water extract group were less then those in model groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; HDL - C level in the lower dose of ethanol extract group was significantly increased compared with that in the model group（P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion ：The effect of water ex- tract of Rhaponticum uniflorum on reducing plasma lipoproteins is better than the ethanol extract. |
