铅钙母合金在生产中的元素偏析分析研究

摘    要:文章阐述了在铅钙母合金生产中添加保护剂对合金元素含量的影响,改变冷却方式、改变铸造锭大小等方式对合金元素偏析的影响,通过多点测试分析和合金金相分析分析了合金元素在合金中的偏析行为,找出了在铅钙母合金生产中Ca、Al偏析等影响因素,确定了取样和化验采取的方法,对生产实践有较好的指导意义。

Abstract:The influence of alloy element content when adding protective agent in the lead - calcium master alloy production is discussed in the article. The impact of changing the cooling - down method and the size of cast ingot etc. to the elemental segregation is also described here. Alloy element's segregation behavior in alloy is learned by multi- point testing and metallographic analysis. The influence complication of segregation of Ca, Al when pro- ducing lead and calcium master alloy, sampling and testing methods were ascertained, which have important guiding significance in real productivity.
