| 摘 要： | 目的分析评价新疆执行全国结核病防治十年规划（2001～2010年）中期目标达标情况。方法按照《全国结核病防治十年规划（2001～2010年）》中期评估实施方案,在各地区、县完成自查评估的基础之上,由自治区抽查复核,收集分析评价资料,汇总分析相关资料。结果 2001～2005年共接诊可疑肺结核症状者324 519人次,免费胸部透视290 317例,免费初诊查痰193 084人次,免费拍摄胸片144 395例,累计发现活动性肺结核病人99 568例,其中涂阳肺结核病人63 376例（新发涂阳病人49 559例,复治涂阳13 750例）,新发涂阴36 192例,98%以上的传染性肺结核病人落实了免费治疗和管理。规划实施5年来涂阳肺结核病人发现率达到70%以上,治愈率达到90%以上,肺结核病死亡率明显下降。结论新疆按期达到全国结核病防治十年规划的中期任务指标,国家结核病防治十年规划的实施,有利地促进新疆结核病控制工作进程。
