| 摘 要： | 论述了对食盐中含碘量测定方法的改进．该方法用加热的方式除去体系中过剩的溴，避免了原国标中用HOOONa除溴后，过剩的HOOONa与IO3^-f发生反应，生成I^-，致使测定结果偏低的现象。本方法的平均回收率为98．92％．RSD为0．16％。

| Abstract: | This paper describes an improved method for analyzing iodic in salt. Surplus Br2 in the sample was eliminated heating to avoid the lower test result caused be cause of I - produced by the reaction of surplus HCOONa with IO - 3 in the GB/T13025.7 91.The average recovery was 98.92% with RSD of 1.61% in this method. |
