根管治疗一次法同期根尖手术治疗前牙根尖囊肿的疗效观察

目的观察根管治疗一次法同期根尖手术治疗前牙根尖囊肿的临床疗效。方法选择前牙根尖囊肿患者50例65颗患牙,随机分为两组,对照组32颗患牙采用常规根管治疗术,即两次法,二期行根尖手术;实验组33颗患牙采用根管治疗一次法,同期进行根尖手术;观察两组术后反应和2年后的临床疗效。结果在手术1周内,两组均有程度不等的急性反应,但对照组在根管治疗后的急性反应强于试验组(P<0.05);2年后实验组平均有效率为93.94%,对照组有效率为90.62%,两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论根管治疗一次法同期根尖手术治疗前牙根尖囊肿,疗程短,预后好,疗效理想。

Clinical Evaluation of One-visit Root Canal Therapy and Endodontic Surgery at One Time in Anterior Teeth Apical Cyst

Objective To observe the effect of the one-visit root canal therapy( RCT) and endodontic surgery at one time in anterior apical cyst. Methods Fifty patients(65 anterior teeth) with apical cyst were randomly divided into two groups. The experiment group was treated by one-visit RCT method and endodontic surgery at one time, and the control group was treated with the traditional RCT method at two visits and endodontic surgery at the second time. Past-after treatment reaction and clinical effect after two years were evaluated. Results In the first week after surgery, acute reactions were present in both groups, but acute reactions were stronger n the contool group after RCT than these in experiment group(P<0.05). In 24 months,the effective rate was 93. 94% in the experiment group,and 90. 62% ,in the control group; there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0. 05). Conclusion The results of the study suggest that one-visit RCT and endodontic surgery at one time in anterior apical cyst takes short therapeutic time and has a good curative effect in anterior teeth apical cyst.
