| 摘 要： | 为了科学、客观地评价施工企业的绿色施工水平，从资源利用、环境负荷、施工企业综合管理三个方面，系统构建了住宅建设项目的绿色施工评价指标体系，基于绿色施工评价指标体系的模糊性特点，采用三级模糊综合评价模型进行评估，通过实例应用，验证了评价体系的有效性和适用性。
