综述式和Seminar教学法在食品专业“分子生物学与生物技术”研究生课程中的应用

摘    要:从教学内容设计、授课形式、考核模式及结合研究生具体研究课题对食品专业硕士研究生“分子生物学与生物技术”综述式和Seminar教学法进行了阐述。这2种教学方法不仅能够帮助学生全面深入地掌握课程的基本理论知识、熟悉分子生物学研究思路和方法、了解相关研究领域的新进展,并且能够增强硕士研究生对科学研究的兴趣,达到促进研究生科研创新能力培养的目的。

Abstract:In this paper,the review style and Seminar teaching method of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology for postgraduates in food discipline was elaborated from the teaching content,teaching form,assessment mode and the specific research topics of students.Both of the two teaching method can not only promote students to fully and deeply master the basic theoretical knowledge and understand the research ideas and methods Molecular Biology and Biotechnology and the new progress in related research fields,but also can enhance the interest of graduate students in scientific research and achieve the purpose of promoting the cultivation of graduate students'ability of the scientific research and innovation.
