新时代高职院校领导干部治理能力现代化研究

党的十九届四中全会要求把提升治理能力作为各级领导干部建设的首要任务之一。加快推进教育治理能力现代化建设是国家治理能力现代化的重要组成部分。当前,职业教育进入改革发展攻坚期,事业发展能否成功关键要看高职院校领导干部的治理能力强不强。立足高职教育改革发展现状,深刻领会加强高职院校领导干部治理能力现代化建设的重大意义和深刻内涵,找准高职院校领导干部在治理能力上存在的差距和不足,着力通过加强党对职业教育工作的全面领导、构建现代化的治理体系、加强治理实践提升能力素质等措施推进治理能力现代化。

Research on the Modernization of the Governance Ability of the Leaders in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

The Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China called for improving governance capabilities,which is regarded as one of the most important tasks in the construction of leading cadres at all levels.Speeding up the modernization of educational governance capabilities is an important part of the modernization of national governance capabilities.At present,vocational education has entered a critical period of reform and development.The key to the success of career development depends on the governance ability of the leaders in higher vocational colleges.Based on the current situation of the reform and development of higher vocational education,this study deeply studies the significance and profound connotation of strengthening the modernization of the governance ability of the leaders in higher vocational colleges,identifies the gaps and deficiencies in the governance capabilities of the leaders in higher vocational colleges,and promote the modernization of governance capabilities through measures such as strengthening the party's overall leadership over vocational education,building a modern governance system,and strengthening governance practices to improve capabilities and quality.
