| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自体带角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效.方法:翼状胬肉175例(182眼),其中进展期161眼,复发性9眼,在显微镜下行胬肉组织切除联合自体带角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植重建角膜缘,术后对角结膜创面修复生长情况跟踪观察.结果:经过术后平均2年的随访观察角结膜创面愈合良好,4例复发,复发率2.20%.结论:常规胬肉切除联合自体带角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣移植重建角膜缘术对降低胬肉复发率的效果是肯定的.

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of conjunctiva with limbus stem cell transplanting for treatment of pterygium.Method: The excision of pterygium was performed under microscope to reconstruct corneal limbus on 175 cases(182 eye),including 161 eyes in progress term and 9 eyes of recurrence.The condition of keratoconjunctal restoration was observed.Result: In two years after operation,keratoconjunctal wound restored well with 4 cases recurring(recurrent rate was 2.20%).Conclusion: Conjunctiva with limbus stem cell transplanting for treatment of pterygium is effective. |
