孟鲁司特钠治疗成人感染后咳嗽临床观察

目的观察成人感染后咳嗽应用孟鲁司特钠的临床疗效,为临床治疗成人感染后咳嗽提供依据。方法选取感染后咳嗽的成年患者112例,随机分为基础治疗组与孟鲁司特钠组,每组各56例。基础治疗组:雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液1 mg,每天2次;口服右美沙芬片15 mg,每天3次。孟鲁司特钠组:基础治疗组上联合口服孟鲁司特钠片10 mg,每天1次。疗程均为1周。比较两组患者治疗前后咳嗽积分、临床有效率及不良反应发生概率。结果治疗前,两组患者咳嗽积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者咳嗽积分均较治疗前明显下降,孟鲁司特钠组患者咳嗽积分明显低于基础治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孟鲁司特钠组临床有效率(92.9%,52/56)明显高于基础治疗组(71.4%,40/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生概率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在布地奈德与右美沙芬的基础上联合应用孟鲁司特钠,可提高成人感染后咳嗽的临床疗效,且安全性高,值得临床推广。

Montelukast sodium in the treatment of adult patients with post-infectious cough

Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast sodium in treatment of adult patients with post-infectious cough (PIC),and provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 112 PIC patients,patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and montelukast sodium group,56 cases in each group.In the treatment group,patients received atomization inhalation budesonide suspension liquid 1 mg,twice a day;dextromethorphan oral tablet 15 mg,three times a day.In the montelukast sodium group,on the basis of treatment group,patients received oral tablet of montelukast sodium 10 mg,once a day.One course lasted for one week.The cough scores before and after treatment,the clinical total effective rate and the adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results Before the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in cough scores between the two groups(P ＞0.05);after the treatment,the cough scores in each group were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the cough score of the montelukast sodium group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of the montelukast sodium group (92.9％,52/56) was significantly higher than that of the treatment group (71.4％,40/56),and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05).The adverse reactions of the two groups were not significantly significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide and dextromethorphan can raise the clinical curative effect of adult post-infection cough,with high safety and is worth clinical promotion.
