摘    要:芳纶纤维的亲水性差、极易絮聚,对芳纶纤维抄纸带来很大的不利。本研究利用聚氧化乙烯(PEO)分散芳纶纤维,研究PEO用量、疏解转数大小对PEO分散效果的影响,并对PEO分散机理进行了初探。实验结果发现,在一定范围内,随着PEO用量的增加会显著提升芳纶纸各项性能,在PEO用量为0.5%时,成纸各项性能达到最佳。疏解转数大小对芳纶纤维的分散效果也有明显的影响,随着转数增大,纸页性能会明显上升,但并不是越大越好。

Abstract:Aramid fiber has a very poor hydrophilic property and easily to flocculate in forming process, which brings a huge disadvantage for sheet formation. PEO was applied to disperse aramid fiber. The influences of PEO dosage and dispersing revolution on the properties of aramid paper were investigated, and the mechanism of PEO in dispersing aramid fiber was also discussed. Results showed that with the increase of PEO dosage, the aramid paper properties reinforce remarkably and reach the optimum when the dosage of PEO is 0.5%. Dispersing revolution has apparent effect on dispersion of aramid fiber, paper properties increased significantly with the raise of the revolution, but not the bigger the better.
