| 摘 要： | 为了解决我国在菌株数值分类中缺乏专门软件的现状 ,我们采用 quick BASIC语言设计了一套菌株数值分类程序 ,并对 18株白念珠菌菌株的相似性进行了分析。结果该程序达到了设计要求。表明菌株数值分类程序在白念珠菌流行病学研究中有着广泛的应用前景

| Abstract: | Because of no domestic specific sofeware for fungi species numerical Classification,a series of pro- gram was designed by using quick basic language,and was primarilly applicated to analyse the similarity of18species of candida albicans,The result showed that this program achieved its designing goal,and suggested that this gungi species numerical classification Program could be widely used in epidemiologi- cal investigation of C.albicans. |
