厌氧/好氧/生物脱氨工艺处理煤化工废水

摘    要:采用厌氧/好氧/生物脱氨/混凝沉淀工艺处理煤化工废水,设计总处理量为360m3/h。4个多月的调试运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,耐冲击负荷能力强,当进水平均COD为2 141 mg/L、总酚为391 mg/L、氨氮为92 mg/L时,处理后出水COD100 mg/L、总酚10 mg/L、氨氮15 mg/L,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。

Abstract:The anaerobic/aerobic/biological ammonia removal/coagulation sedimentation process was used to treat the wastewater from coal chemical industry.The design capacity is 360 m~3/h.The commissioning operation result for over four months shows that this process operates stably and has strong resistance to shock loading.When the average influent COD,total phenol,ammonia nitrogen are 2 141 mg/L,391 mg/L and 92 mg/L respectively,the average effluent COD,total phenol,ammonia nitrogen are less than 100 mg/L,10 mg/L and 15 mg/L respectively,reaching the first class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
