| 摘 要： | 简单介绍了内部环境审核的流程，由此引出对管理信息系统的要求，然后给出了系统的实施方案，介绍了系统的体系架构和功能结构，并对主要功能作了详细介绍。最后通过一个案例证明该系统在企业实施后的有效性。
