调水工程的生态环境效应

为了摆脱水荒的困境，改变水资源在空间和时间上的分布不均衡，大规模、长距离、跨流域的调水就自然成为人类重新分配水资源，缓解缺水地区供需矛盾的主要途径，引起了国际社会的广泛重视。但由于输水工程都会迅速改善受水区的缺水情况。促进受水区经济的迅速发展，所以人们对输水工程对生态环境的影响所带来的负面效应可能会忽视。针对此问题，着重分析了输水工程可能产生的生态环境问题，并提出了解决的对策与建议。

Ecology and Environment Impacts Caused by a Water Transfer Project

For getting away from the predicament of the water shortage, and changing the situation that the water resources distribution on space and times is unbalance, large - scale, long pull and transbasin diveision has been the main way to reallocate the resources of water and alleviate the region supply and de- mand antinomy, and has caused international society to extensively value. But because water transfer project can quickly improve the water shortage situation and promote development of economy of the receiving water area, the people neglect the negative impacts that the water transfer project may bring. Aiming at this problem, the ecology and environment problems which a water transfer project may produce are analyzed, countermeasures and advice are put forward as well.
