中医药治疗膝骨关节炎

中医认为，肝主筋，肾主骨，肝肾同源，精血同源，膝骨关节炎的发病与肝、肾二脏关系密切。正气偏虚，腠理不密，卫外不固是其内在因素，风寒湿热外邪侵袭是发病的外在条件，病机的根本为邪气痹阻经络、气血痹阻关节而发。治以祛邪通络止痛为原则，常用祛风散寒、除湿清热、通络化痰、益气活血等法。
