右佐匹克隆片联合脑电生物反馈治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍的疗效观察

目的 探究右佐匹克隆片联合脑电生物反馈治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍的临床疗效.方法 选取本院2014年1月至2015年6月门诊和住院部74例脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者进行本次试验研究,采取随机数字表法将所有患者分为研究组(37例)和对照组(37例),对照组患者予以右佐匹克隆片治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合脑电生物反馈治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗前后改良爱丁堡斯堪的那维亚量表评分(MESSS)情况,并采取匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评定两组患者治疗前后睡眠治疗,采用副反应量表(TESS)评定两组患者治疗1、2、4周后副反应发生情况.结果 两组患者治疗前后MESSS评分对比:研究组治疗前MESSS评分为(26.7±2.1)分,治疗后为(15.7±1.5)分,对照组治疗前MESSS评分为(26.4±2.4)分,治疗后评分为(19.7±2.2)分,治疗前两组患者MESSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗后研究组评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组治疗前PSQI评分与对照组相近,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗后研究组PSQI评分为(6.9±1.6)分,对照组评分为(9.6±2.1)分,研究组评分明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后两组患者TESS量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),随着治疗的时间的推移,两组副反应作用都在加剧.结论 右佐匹克隆片联合脑电生物反馈治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍临床效果良好,可很好改善患者脑卒中症状,改善患者睡眠治疗,副反应较低,安全可靠,具有较高的临床应用以及推广价值.

Therapeutic efficacy of dexzopiclone tablets combined with EEG biofeedback in the treatment of sleep disorder after stroke

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of dexzopiclone tablets combined with EEG biofeedback in the treatment of sleep disorder after stroke.Methods 74 cases of sleep disorder after stroke in outpatient and inpatient department of our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the object of study,and randomly divided into study group (37 cases) and control group (37 cases).Control group was treated with dexzopiclone tablets,and study group was treated with EEG biofeedback on the basis of control group.Compared modified Edinburgh Scandinavia stroke scale (MESSS) between two groups before and after treatment,and assessed sleep quality of two groups with Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) before and after treatment,assessed the occurrence of side effects of two groups with the side effects scale (TESS) after 1,2,4 weeks' treatment.Results MESSS score before treatment in study group was (26.7±2.1),that after treatment was (15.7±1.5),those in control group were (26.4±2.4),(19.7±2.2) respectively;there was no statistically significant difference in MESSS score before treatment between two groups (P＞0.05);MESSS score after treatment in study group was significantly better than that in control group (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in PSQI score before treatment between two groups (P＞0.05);PSQI score in study group after treatment was (6.9±1.6),that in control group was (9.6±2.1),PSQI score in study group was significantly better than that in control group (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TESS score after treatment between two groups (P＞0.05).With the treatment time went by,side effect of two groups intensified.Conclusion Dexzopiclone tablets combined with EEG biofeedback in the treatment of sleep disorder after stroke has good clinical effect,which can effectively improve stroke symptoms and sleep quality of patients,with less side effects,safe and reliable,has high clinical application and popularization value.
