基于电网分时电价的混合动力汽车充电策略

摘    要:经过对混合动力汽车充电特性的分析,建立分时电价下缩小电网峰谷差的混合动力汽车最优运行策略模型,采用动态估计插值方法对模型求解。最后得出结论,采用供电侧集中调度的充电策略有利于电网负荷削峰填谷的同时,也符合混合动力汽车用户的利益。

Abstract:Through an analysis on the charging characteristics of the hybrid power vehicle, this paper builds up an optimal operational strategy model for reducing the peak-valley difference under the time-of-use electricity price system, and model solution is completed by means of dynamic estimation interpolation. According to the final conclusion, the charging strategy adopting centralized dispatching at the power supply side can not only facilitate peak clipping and valley filling, but also be in the interests of the users of the hybrid power vehicle. The conclusion shows that the centralized charging strategy proposed in the paper plays a important role in peak shifting and valley filling and achieves a win-win goal of the system side and the user side.
