| 摘 要： | 大学生在严峻的就业形势下,容易出现各种各样的不良心理:焦虑、自卑、依赖、盲从、攀比、悲观、冷漠、不满等.其成因有外部因素,也有自身因素,改善大学生就业心理的对策,做好大学生职业生涯规划、全面提高毕业生综合素质、加强大学生的就业指导、培养毕业生应聘和面试的心理技巧、建立大学生心理素质教育的长效机制.

| Abstract: | With the reform of economic system and the speed up of enlarge the student scale,the student are facing more severe employment circumstance and engender bad psychology.The article analyzes the cause of the bad psychology and gives the countermeasure of improving the students' employment psychology. |
