| 摘 要： | 本文以互联网应用的第三次浪潮E-learning为背景，给出了一个基于语义网格技术的E-learning平台的模型架构及其实现方式。该平台有效地解决了E-learning教学中底层信息资源间语义层次的资源共享和动态集成等问题，具有良好的应用前景。
