混凝土早期凝缩测定及抑制机理研究

摘    要:采用非接触式的涡流传感器研究了聚乙烯醇纤维对混凝土凝缩性能的影响,试验结果表明:与素混凝土相比,掺0.9 kg/m3和12.8 kg/m3聚乙烯醇纤维混凝土的凝缩值在6 h内分别减少了12.6%和19.4%,而掺有0.9 kg/m3聚丙烯纤维混凝土的凝缩值仅减少6.5%,聚乙烯醇纤维能够明显地减少混凝土的凝缩。通过扫描电镜分析了掺聚乙烯醇纤维和聚丙烯纤维水泥浆体的表面形貌,探讨了聚乙烯醇纤维抑制混凝土凝缩的机理,建立了聚乙烯醇纤维抑制混凝土凝缩的模型。

Abstract:The effect of the appropriate polyvinyl alcohol fibers on the settlement shrinkage performance of concrete is investigated by using un-contact eddy current sensor.The experimental results show that the fibers can obviously reduce settlement shrinkage of concrete.Comparing with plain concrete,the settlement shrinkage values of concrete with 0.9 kg/m3 and 12.8 kg/m3 polyvinyl alcohol fiber decrease 12.6% and 19.4%respectively and the settlement shrinkage value of concrete with 0.9 kg/m3 polypropylene fiber decreases 6.5% in 6 h.Through observation for the surface morphology of paste with PVA fiber and PP fiber by scanning electron microscope,,the mechanism and the model of settlement shrinkage of concrete with PVA fiber is discussed and established.
