| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨人参再造丸对帕金森病患者甲襞微循环及血液流变学的影响。方法 :对 32例帕金森病患者应用人参再造丸治疗前后进行甲襞微循环及血液流变学的检测。结果 :人参再造丸治疗后甲襞微循环流速、流态、总积分明显改善 ,全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原明显下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :人参再造丸具有“补气活血、祛风化痰”作用 ,能改善帕金森病患者微循环 ,降低血粘度

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of Renshenzaizaowan on microcirculation and hemorrheology in patients of Parkinson′s disease.Method: 32 cases were given Renshenzaizaowan 2～3 pill/d for one month,In before and after treatment,aboved-idems were checked up.Results: Renshenzaizaowan obviously reduced blood viscosity,plasma fibrinogen and improved nailfold microcirculation.Conclusion: Renshenzaizaowan having effects of "benefiting vital energy and promoting blood circulation,eliminating winal and reducing phlegm",It may impove microcirculation and reduce blood viscosity,is ideal drug to treatment Parkinson′s disease. |
