丙烯酸2-乙基己酯与丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚合成高吸油性树脂的研究

以丙烯酸2-乙基己酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯为单体进行共聚合,聚合体系中并不加入交联剂,采用悬浮聚合的方法制得自交联型高吸油性树脂,测定了树脂的吸油性能。系统地研究了影响树脂吸油性能的诸多因素,包括单体配比、引发剂用量、油水相比等。结果表明:树脂的吸油倍率随着单体配比、引发剂用量、油水相比的变化而出现一最佳值,而且树脂对不同油品的吸收能力并不相同,其吸油倍率依次为:甲苯>苯>环己烷>煤油,吸收甲苯可达21.5gg-1, 吸收苯可达20.5gg-1,对不同油品的吸收能力不同这一现象从理论上进行了解释。同时,还测定了树脂的吸油速率和热失重曲线,结果说明树脂在吸油4小时后达到饱和吸收,在370℃以下不分解,说明该树脂在常温下稳定,是一种理想的工业用废液的处理剂。

Study on High Oil Absorptive Resin of Copolymer of Hydroxyethyl Acrylate and (2-ethylhexyl) Acrylate

The high oil-absorptive resin of copolymer of hydroxyethyl acrylate and (2-ethylhexyl) acrylate was prepared by suspension polymerization. The polymerization system had no crosslinker and the obtained resin was self-crosslinking. Three affecting oil-absorption capacity operation factors, such as the monomer composition, the amount of initiator and the volume of phase composition, were studied and it was shown that the oil-absorption capacity of the prepared resin varied with these three factors respectively and each had its own peak value. The resin can absorb toluene, benzene, cyclohexane and kerosene, but the absorption capacity is not the same and is in the order as following: toluene>benzene>cycloherane>kerosene. The absorbing oil rates and its temperature stability had also been measured. The results showed that the resin absorbs oil to saturation after four hours and it is stable at normal temperature. It seems the prepared high oil-aborptive resin is an ideal treatment agent for the industrial waste liquid.
