| 摘 要： | 介绍了轿车制动盘的失效形式以及工况对其材料性能的要求,着重讨论了灰铸铁制动盘的特点、性能要求及Nb对其组织和性能的影响,并对灰铸铁制动盘生产中孕育剂的选用提出建议。给出了含Nb灰铸铁制动盘的应用实例。

| Abstract: | The failure manner of the car-used brake disc and material properties requirements basing on its working conditions was introduced.As the emphasis,the characteristics and properties requirements of gray iron brake disc and,as well as,the influence of Nb on its structure and properties were discussed.In addition,the suggestion about how to select the inoculant in the gray iron disc production was proposed.The application example of Nb-containing gray iron brake disc was given. |
