| 摘 要： | 为制备涂料泡沫染色液,研究了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的发泡性能,考察了涂料染液组分对SDS发泡性能的影响。结果表明,SDS质量浓度为4 g/L时,发泡比为6.1,泡沫半衰期为138 s;涂料的加入降低了SDS的起泡能力,泡沫稳定性变差;黏合剂降低了SDS的发泡比,泡沫稳定性下降;增稠剂明显提高了泡沫稳定性,增稠剂浓度达到5 g/L时,半衰期提高到1 000 s以上。

| Abstract: | According to the demands of pigment dyeing with foam,the foaming properties of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) are discussed.The effects of other components,such as the pigment,the binder and the thickener are also investigated.The results show that stable foam is formed with SDS at the concentration of 4 g/L,the foaming ratio is 6.1 and the half-time is 138 s.Addition of the pigment and the binder can reduce the foaming ratio and foam stability,and the thickener can stabilize the foam with the half-life increased to 1 000 s at the concentration of 5 g/L. |
