马来酸罗格列酮和二甲双胍联合用药对2型糖尿病的疗效观察

目的探讨马来酸罗格列酮和二甲双胍联合用药对2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法采用开放随机平行对照方法将86例2型糖尿病患者分为2组。研究组45例，口服马来酸罗格列酮和二甲双胍；对照组41例，口服二甲双胍。治疗前后分别测定空腹和餐后血糖、HbA1C、血清胰岛素、C肽水平、血压和血脂。结果研究组能使空腹和餐后血糖、HbA1C、血清胰岛素、C肽、收缩压、舒张压和甘油三酯水平明显下降，在改善空腹和餐后血糖，降低血清胰岛素、C肽方面，显著优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论马来酸罗格列酮和二甲双胍联合用药可明显降低血糖，改善胰岛素抵抗，减轻胰岛β细胞负荷，使胰岛β细胞功能得到部分改善。

Clninical study of the combined application of rosiglitazone maleate and metformin in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To prevent the anastomotic leakage in esophago-gastreplasty by hand in postoperative esophageal carcinoma. Methods Between May 2001 and May 2006, we performed 524 cases of esophago-gastroplasty by handwork anastomosis in postoperative esophageal carclnoma,including 327cases with whole layer anastomosis and gastric seromuseular layer embedding, 141eases gastre-esophageal oblique intussusceptive anastomosis,56cases with esophago-gastric mucosa anastomosis covered by gastric seromuscular valve. Results There were only two cases of anastomosis leakage in all eases. Conclusions Anastomotie leakage in esophago-gastroplasty by hand could be prevented by carefully perioperative management and postoperative management, and by improving of anastomotie skills and anastomotie protection ,reducing the positive rate of ineisal margin.
