基于红外光谱的煤矿新型瓦斯传感器的设计

摘    要:利用E2V公司的IR22GJ红外瓦斯检测模块及CC2430芯片设计了煤矿新型红外瓦斯传感器电路。结合井下气体测量环境和红外光的瓦斯传感器测量原理,利用单片机的外围电路和硬件架构、C语言及汇编语言编写系统程序,研究设计了红外瓦斯传感器系统。最后搭建了气体测量环境,完成了红外吸收型瓦斯浓度检测系统的实验及测试。

Abstract:This paper uses E2V′s IR22GJ infrared gas detection module and the CC2430 chip design of new infrared coal gas sensor circuit. The paper considering the gas measurement environment and infrared gas sensor measuring principle, using single-chip peripheral circuits, hardware architecture and C language and assembly language program to design the Infrared gas sensor systems. At last the paper built the gas measurement environment, finished the infrared absorption gas concentration detecting system of experiment and test.
