| 摘 要： | 以30 t单流板坯连铸中间包内钢液流场为研究对象,根据相似原理建立水力学模型系统,几何相似比为1:2.5,动力相似采用Fr数为特征数,实验安排4因素,每个因素取4个水平,按正交表L16(45)安排实验,每个实验方案重复两次.实验中用饱和KCl溶液作示踪剂,采用电导法测定脉冲刺激响应曲线.通过对结果进行方差分析及显著性检验得到挡墙位置、挡墙高度、挡坝高度及挡墙与挡坝的相对距离对钢液流场的影响.研究结果得出最佳控流参数为,挡墙距离湍流抑制器右侧边缘为750 mm,挡墙下沿距离包底高度为100 mm,挡坝高度为400 mm,挡墙与挡坝的相对距离为450mm.

| Abstract: | A hydraulic model of 30 t one-strand continuous billet casting tundish was established in this study. The model was based on similitude theorem with geometrical ratio at 1:2.5 and Fr as the characteristic number. The experimental scheme was arranged according to L16(45) orthogonal array in which there were 4 factors and each at 4 levels.
