| 摘 要： | ERP做为一种先进的管理思想和工具在我国得到推广应用,加速了我国企业管理现代化的进程,使得越来越多企业认识到只有实现企业管理信息化、现代化,企业才有活力和竞争力,并渴望采用这种先进的管理模式和拥有这种先进的管理工具。本文介绍了一些ERP相关知识,并着重对ERP系统在实施中遇到的一些问题进行了总结分析。
