提高缺氧耐受力的红景天保健胶囊的实验评价

摘    要:以红景天提取物为主要原料,辅以枸杞子提取物和西洋参提取物,研制出红景天保健胶囊。经安全性毒理学评价,大鼠和小鼠的急性经MTD值均大于15 g/kg.bw,按急性毒性分级属无毒级;经功能评价表明红景天胶囊具有提高缺氧耐受力的功能;经功效成分稳定性评价表明红景天胶囊功效成分稳定。

Abstract:The major material was Rhodiola extract,and added Chinese wolfberry extract and American ginseng which could improve hypoxia tolerance to the Chitooligosaccharide capsule.Through toxicological assessment on safety,the acute oral MTD values of rats and mice were greater than 15 g/kg.bw.Rhodiola capsule is non-toxic according to the classification of acute toxicity.Rhodiola capsulecan could improve hypoxia tolerance through functional assessment.The functional components were steady through functional compone...
