钢液二次精炼用CaO基熔剂的脱磷能力

摘    要:根据CaO基熔渣和钢液之间在1853K脱磷平衡实验结果,利用CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2和CaO-BaO-Fe2O3-CaF2熔剂对钢液进行二次精炼脱磷试验,试验发现,采用优化组成的CaO基熔剂,可得到大于90%的脱磷率,能将钢液磷含量从0.05%降低到0.005%以下。

Abstract:Based on test results of dephosphorization equilibria between CaO based slags and liquid steel, the experiments of dephosphorization of liquid steel during secondary refining by flux CaO\|Fe\-2O\-3\|CaF\-2 and CaO\|BaO\|Fe\-2O\-3\|CaF\-2 have been carried out, and it is found that the dephosphorization ratio could be more than 90% as using optimum ingredient CaO based fluxes during secondary refining i.e. the phosphorus content in steel could be decreased to less than 0 005% from 0 05%.
