企业专利信息利用现状与对策研究——以湖南省35家重点企业为例

通过对湖南省35家重点企业的专利信息应用能力、应用领域和利用途径的调研分析，发现企业专利信息的利用能力有待提高、应用范围有待拓宽、获取途径的选择应尽可能多样化。指出解决这些问题的关键在于加强专利信息分析人员的培养和引进、加大专利经费的投入和优化专利管理制度等。
