| 摘 要： | 目的研究岗梅Ilexasprella根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、凝胶和RP-HPLC等色谱方法对岗梅根的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从岗梅根的70%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个三萜及其皂苷类化合物,分别鉴定为28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl pomolic acid(1)、冬青苷XXIX(ilexo-side XXIX,2)、冬青苷B(ilexoside B,3)、刺参苷F(monepaloside F,4)、长圆冬青苷B(oblonganoside B,5)、3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-3β-hydroxyurs-12,18(19)-dien-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(6)、毛冬青皂苷B(ilexsapo-nin B,7)、randialic acid B(8)、毛冬青酸(ilexolic acid,9)和19-去氢乌索酸(19-dehydroursolic acid,10)。结论化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
