摘    要:目的:提出基于物联网技术的妊娠期高血压远程监护研究,用于孕产妇在家庭病房或社区医院的妊高病监护与保健。方法:①通过移动监护的生命体征传感器采集生理数据,无线发送;②数据信号传输、信号滤波和波形识别;③基于Web的数据管理平台,建立专家评价系统和医生临床建议系统。结果:使用物联网技术,配合家用或社区用的血流动力学检测设备,在定期产检间,能够对健康孕妇及非急重妊高病孕妇,在家庭病房或社区医院进行妊高病监护与保健。结论:本研究对于妊高病高危因素评价、控制妊高病发病具有重要临床价值,同时对于控制其病死率、降低孕产妇医疗成本具有一定的社会价值。

Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy Telemonitoring Study Based on The Internet on Things Technology

Abstract:Objective: This study proposes a HDP telemonitoring study based on the Internet of Things technology for HDP monitoring and home care in the family or community hospitals. Methods: ~Using Vital Signs Monitor to collect and send physiological data. Data signal transportation, filtration and identification. ~Setting up assessment system and clinical system which based on web data management platform. Results: In this study, we use the Internet of Things technology, combined with hemodynamic detector used at home or community, between regular check-ups, to do HDP guardianship and care for healthy pregnant women and mild HDP pregnant women in the family or community hospitals. Conclusion: This study has imnortant clinical value for the HDP risk factors evaluation and HDP control. At the same time it has some social value for controlling maternal mortality and reducing maternal medical costs.
