纳米增强剂对OCC纸浆性能的影响

摘    要:主要探讨了一种新型纳米增强剂对废纸浆进行增强改性的工艺参数。正交实验表明,纳米增强剂的用量及pH值是影响改性后纸浆强度性能的主要因素,当纳米增强剂的用量为0.08%、pH值为5.0时,可达到最佳增强效果。和空白实验相比,环压指数增加69、95%,抗张指数增加41、19%。在纸浆体系中添加适量的MgSO4、阳离子淀粉.可对纳米增强剂的增强作用起到一定的协同作用,其中,加入MgSO4的增强效果要优于阳离子淀粉。

Abstract:The strengthening performance of a nanometer strengthener on OCC pulp is studied. The results show that the dosage of the nanometer strengthener and pH of pulp system are important factors. The optimum technology parameters have been obtained by orthogonal experiment. From the experimental data, the dosage of nanometer strengthener is 0.08%, pH is 4.0, the ring crush index of the handsheet is increased by 69.65%, and,the tensile index of the handsheet is increased by 41.19%. Adding definite MgSO4 and cationic starch into the pulp system will generate a synergistic effect to the strengthening performance of the nanometer strengthener, and the synergistic effect will be benefit to increase the strength of the handsheet. The synergistic effect of MgS04 is better than cationic starch.
