| 摘 要： | 目的研究亲属肾移植供受者人白细胞抗原(HLA)配合率,为临床选择良好的供受者HLA配型提供参考。方法收集本院2006年1月至2008年5月106例亲属肾移植患者进行HLA配合率分析。结果 (1)父母供肾组:42例大于或等于HLA抗原半相合。(2)子女供肾组:2例HLA抗原半相合。(3)兄弟姐妹间供肾组:26例HLA完全相合9例,13例为半相合,其余为低于半相合。(4)其他亲属供肾组:HLA抗原配合呈多样性。(5)夫妻间供肾组:HLA配合率均小于或等于3个抗原。结论父母、子女及兄弟姐妹间的肾移植供受者HLA配合率高于其他亲属。
