渐开线零齿差内啮合齿轮副变位系数的选择

摘    要:介绍了一种适用于潜油螺杆泵采油系统中齿轮联轴节渐开线零齿差内啮合齿轮副变位系数的选择方法.这种方法首先确定了初值输入的可行域,根据零齿差内啮合齿轮副的啮合方程等约束条件求取符合条件的变位系数并可进行重复修改、调整,最终得到满足要求的变位系数.

Abstract:The work presented in this paper focuses on a method of selecting modification coefficient of the involute internal gear with zero-tooth-difference mechanismwhich is used in thrust-offset gear coupling designed especially for submer ged-motor-driven progressive pump.The domain of initial value is determined firstly.Then according to the tooth profile engaging equation and other constraint conditions,the reasonable set of modification coefficients are goteen whereas can be remodified and adjusted.After that the proper modification coefficient can be obtained finally.
