以旅游为引擎促进工业遗产的保护——欧洲工业遗产保护经验

发展工业遗产旅游是城市实现产业结构调整的重要手段,也是重新发挥工业遗产自身价值的优良途径。欧洲工业遗产巡游线路(ERIH)是欧盟建立的一个跨国协作组织,主要通过网站交流信息,在遗产保护和旅游方面提供协作平台。ERIH网站将欧洲各国的工业遗产地分为锚地、区域线路、主题线路等三个层级,并按照国家、地区、主题、景点重要性等标准进行分类展示。借鉴其经验,提出发展我国工业遗产旅游的策略,搭建工业遗产旅游协作平台,系统化地开发旅游资源,加强宣传推广。

TAKING TOURISM AS AN ENGINE TO PROMOTE INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE: EUROPEAN EXPERIENCES OF INDUSTRIAL HERLTAGE PROTECT

The development of industrial heritage tourism is an important way to adjust the structure of a city,as well as a right way to reuse the industrial heritage( ERIH). European Route of Industrial Heritage( ERIH) is a transnational organization,established by European Union. And information exchange can be done by its network station,and a cooperation platform can be provided for conservation and tourism of industrial heritages. Through the network station of ERIH the industrial heritages in European countries can be divided into three types of industrial sites: anchor points,region routes and theme routes. They are classified by different standards. Some strategies of developing industrial heritage tourism in China are put forward according to ERIH,and a cooperation platform of industrial heritages tourism was constructed to develop tourism resources and spread them.
