| 摘 要： | 诉讼费用的司法救助对于保护当事人诉权、民事诉讼平等原则的实现及维护社会稳定而言有着重要意义。我国的诉讼费用的司法救助自1984年的《民事诉讼收费办法（试行）》中的规定至今已有近30年的发展,但仍存在一些缺陷,应从明确救助标准,扩大救助范围;加强救助申请的引导,完善救助程序;改变一裁终局,增加救助途径等方面加以完善。

| Abstract: | Legal assistance for litigants about payment of litigation costs is important for protecting the right of access to justice, realizing the principle of equality, and establishing social harmony. Since the provisions of Measures for the Payment of Litigation Costs（ 1984）, our systems of legal assistance for litigants about payment of litigation costs has its developments , but there are still problematic policies and methods need to be reformed. |
