| 摘 要： | 企业协同知识创新是企业提高动态能力和获取持续竞争优势的重要途径,而知识共享则是协同知识创新活动开展的前提和基础,也是其成败的关键。在分析国内外相关研究成果的基础上,探讨了协同知识创新中知识共享的特征、影响因素及主要问题,结合协同管理理论和知识治理理论分析、探讨了知识共享的过程及其治理机制,进而构建企业协同知识创新的知识共享体系。

| Abstract: | Enterprises collaborative knowledge innovation is an important way to improve their dynamic capabilities and obtain their sustainable competitive advantages.Knowledge sharing is the premise and foundation to carry out collaborative knowledge innovation activities,and is also the key to make a success of it.By the analysis of the related research results,this paper explores the features,influencing factors and the main problems of knowledge sharing in collaborative knowledge innovation.Combined with the theories of comanagement and knowledge governance,the paper analyzes the processes and governance mechanisms of knowledge sharing,and then establishes the knowledge sharing system of enterprise collaborative knowledge innovation. |
