| Abstract: | The contrastive analysis of tender price depends on the large quantity of rule of thumb data collected from long - term engineering practice and changes in some factors of quoted price to take measurements and calculate the range of variation of quoted price, especially the influences that these rule of thumb data and changing factors have on the tender price. |
