| 摘 要： | 通过对系统的功能需求和结构研究，探讨了基于地理信息系统的灌区用水管理系统开发的基本思路和方法。在分析系统数据库、模型库及专题图库的设计及构成基础上，针对用水管理系统多目标的特点，重点探讨了GIS在系统中的实现和应用,并就其未来发展进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Based on the detailed research on function demanding and the relationship among the function models of system, this paper summarized the several important problems and methods, emphases are placed on aspects such as the database and model base of water-use management system. A GIS-based on water-use management system was developed by using object oriented approach and Visual Basic 5.0. The efficiency of the management can be greatly improved by using this system. At the end, it also contributes a view for the improvement of the system. |
