心理干预对隆乳术患者负性情绪障碍的影响

目的:探讨心理干预对隆乳患者负性情绪障碍的效果。方法:将60例行隆乳术患者随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组给予常规的基础护理,观察组在常规基础护理的同时进行心理干预;采用SCL-90症状自评量表分别于术前和术后对患者进行评分,评估其干预效果。结果:术后观察组患者在躯体化症状、强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、精神病性因子方面明显优于对照组,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对隆乳患者实施心理干预可降低患者的焦虑和疼痛程度,改善其心理状况,提高治疗效果。

The influence of psychological intervention on negative emotion of patients received augmentation mammaplasty

Objective: To investigate the influence of conducting the psychological intervention on negative emotion of patients received augmentation mammaplasty.Methods: 60 patients received the operation were randomly divided into the control group(n=30) and the observation group(n=30).The patients in the control group were given the normal nursing,while the psychological intervention was provided for the patients in the observation group in addition to the normal nursing.Evaluation was done with a symptom check-List 90(SCL-90) admit between preoperative and postoperative,and to evaluate the results of the psychological intervention.Results: The advantages of symptoms on the body,force,sensitivity of human,relations,anxiety,depression,fears and psychopathic factors of the patients in the observation group were superior than those in the control group after the operation,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Psychological intervention can significantly reduce anxiety and pain of the patient receiving augmentation mammaplasty,it can improve the quality of life effectively and worthily spread.
