天津津塔巨型钢管柱脚施工技术

摘    要:天津津塔为巨型钢管柱混凝土筒中筒结构体系,由于采用了嵌入式的钢柱脚和墙脚设计,出现了底板上部钢筋无法正常贯通,柱脚、墙脚如何临时固定,如何避免浇筑混凝土过程中柱脚、墙脚偏移等技术问题.针对这些问题,介绍了相应的处理措施,包括底板上铁钢筋连接、钢板墙脚下钢筋布置、钢管柱脚板上混凝土浇筑孔留设、巨型钢管柱脚临时支撑设计等,取得了良好的效果.

Abstract:Tianjin Jinta Mansion is designed as tube-in-tube structure with huge concrete-filled steel tubular column. Because of its embedded steel column base and wall base,some technology problems appear,such as upper steel bars of floor can not pass normally,how to do temporary fixture for column and wall bases,how to avoid offset of column and wall bases during concrete pouring,and so on.
