| 摘 要： | 供求关系是影响住房公积金市场良性发展的关键.深入分析了住房公积金市场的有效供求关系,找出影响住房公积金有效供给和需求的关键因素,同时从供求变化强度的角度,建立了住房公积金市场供求变化的监测模型,并以上海市为例,实证分析了上海市住房公积金市场的供求均衡状态,监测结果与上海市住房公积金市场的实际情况基本吻合,说明该模型具有较高的可信度.
