框类结构件的数控加工研究

摘    要:框类零件在现代飞机上具有广泛应用,其结构复杂、刚性差、尺寸精度高,所以加工质量和效率直接影响着整机产品的交付周期.为实现框类典型零件的加工,首先提出了数控加工流程解决方案,制定了数控加工工艺,论述了切削参数的试验选择方法,最后利用VERICUT验证了数控程序的正确性.通过实例证明了方法的有效性,提高了数控编程的效率和质量.

Research on CNC Machining for Frame Part

Abstract:In order to overcome the shortcoming of the fixed S box produced by traditional AES algorithm to generate encryption, an encryption system of hyper-chaos system integration with AES algorithm for color image is proposed in this paper. Three different initial values are adopted to generate chaotic sequence for the gray values of color image, which can significantly improve the key space. Firstly, hyper-chaos Chen system sequences are generated and pretrea- ted. Secondly, each gay layers value of color images is used as an external key to generate chaotic sequences X, Y to scramble each layer of the image gray value. Thirdly,chaotic sequence Z generated by hyper-chaos system is used to rearrange and combine AES S-box to do substitution for image scrambled gay value. Finally, diffusion treatment is done between image scrambled gay values and chaotic sequences, then repeat the above operations. Simulation results show that the encrypted image gray value distribution is pseudo-random space after the encryption algorithm, and the encryption algorithm have the characteristics of strong key sensitivity, large key space and high security.
